Remote Computer Support
We cannot connect to your computer system without you being present, so the security of your system is always maintained.
This link/icon following this explanation will allow us to connect to your computer remotely and assist in correcting any issues that may exist. It requires a small JAVA runtime that will be installed at the time we connect to your computer. At the end of the session, the runtime “evaporates” and we will no longer have access to your system until we establish another remote computer support session. Once you click on the link below you will be prompted to run the application. Please do so, no need to “save” it!
When loaded we will ask you for the “Partner ID” and then the “Password“.
Click the Remote Support icon for Windows or Apple and select Run
